NEWS: Billy Connolly Joins Cast Of The Hobbit

The World's Greatest Stand-Up Comic (fact), Billy Connolly, is set to join the cast of the upcoming two-movie adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit.





Connolly has signed-on to play the role of Dain Ironfoot, cousin to the leader of the Dwarven hero Thorin Oakenshield.


Peter Jackson commented on the casting: "We could not think of a more fitting actor to play Dain Ironfoot, the
